As one of the application of web 2.0, enterprise 2.0 has been implied by companies to enhance their performance in business in variety of ways. By using twitter, the participants can share the information right away and the receiver can get it almost synchronously. By, using blogging, the companies can establish their enterprise culture and increase the public awareness. And communicate with the customer by leaving comments. By using facebook or some other social network services, the companies can improve the communication inside the workforce, it’s engaging people to share stuff and expand their views. On the other hand, it also helps improving productivity in workplace, by using the web 2.0 tools, the participants can do their work separetly on the internet and upload it synchronously, that way, other paricipants will be able to see it and cooperating.
